The woman, aged 25, was arrested on Holyrood Court in Longlands, Middlesbrough after police found suspected cocaine, cannabis, cannabis edibles, an axe, baseball bat and pepper spray and cash at a property.
Middlesbrough Neighbourhood Team officers were working with housing agency Thirteen to carry out warrants.
The woman was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a class A drug, possession with intent to supply a class B drug, possession of a class C drug and possession of a firearm (pepper spray).
She was taken into custody but has been bailed as enquiries continue.

Inspector Chris Hartshorne, from Middlesbrough Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “Drugs activity blights the lives of our law-abiding residents and we are listening to our communities and proactively tackling the issue.
