Winchester physiotherapist to cycle to French Alps

Becky Hobbs, who works for Hobbs Rehabilitation in Winchester, will ride from Staines to the Alpine resort of Val Thorens in France.

The journey will raise funds and awareness for Access Adventures, a charity that provides adaptive sports for people with disabilities.

The 1,000-mile journey will start on Saturday, March 1, and Becky will rely on the kindness of both friends and strangers to help her reach the highest ski resort in Europe, at 2,300 metres.
