Goadsby acted on behalf of a private client on three commercial sites at Winnall Farm Industrial Estate, Scylla Industrial Estate and Wintex Houser.
The units, which are regularly maintained by on-site workers, have been redecorated with modifications for the new tenants.
The most recent lettings at these estates included Mantis International Sport Ltd and Winchester Cocoa, both securing three-year leases at 4A and 5B Scylla respectively, at £13,500 per annum each.
