Winchester GP practice to reopen in brand new building

St Clements Surgery, which has been delivering primary care services in the city for more than 100 years, is moving into its new building on Upper Brook Street from the afternoon of Monday, January 13.

To facilitate the move, doors have been closed to its current practice site on the afternoon of Friday, January 10.

The relocation is part of the ongoing commitment to improving healthcare services for the community and will provide modern, efficient and accessible premises for patients and staff. All of the existing clinicians and staff will remain to ensure the continuity of care, with all services still offered at the new improved building.

This is an ambitious project that shows what can be achieved as we continue to work towards improving our primary care services across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight and I’m grateful to the wider community for their support.”

Senior GP partner at St Clements, Dr Suzie Burns, said: “The team at St Clements Surgery is delighted to be opening the doors to our state-of-the-art new building. This represents the culmination of many years’ hard work.
