Vertis Health, based in Worcestershire, has introduced the service through its Well by Vertis programme.
This comes as a response to the increasing demand for effective weight management solutions.
The service will include one-to-one telehealth appointments with UK-registered GPs or specialist nurses, and prescriptions will be dispensed and delivered by Kitsons Pharmacy.
The initiative aims to provide a safe alternative to the growing trend of purchasing weight loss medications online without a prescription.

GLP-1 agonists, traditionally used for managing Type 2 diabetes, have gained popularity as a treatment for obesity.
However, improper use of the medications, often obtained from unregulated online sources, poses risks to patient safety.
Well by Vertis aims to address the issue by offering an affordable, clinically safe service with expert medical oversight.
The service model ensures regular video consultations with a senior GP or advanced nurse practitioner trained in GLP-1 prescribing and weight management.
The consultations provide ongoing monitoring, tailored advice, and adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
The health provider has also said that the programme has a community-first approach, with revenues from the service reinvested into primary care services in the area, improving the healthcare infrastructure for Worcestershire and beyond.
