Townhill Church and Hall and Kingseat Church and Hall are both currently under offer.
The latter was open to offers over £98,000 while the Townhill property was up for offers over £148,000.
Townhill Church and Hall is located on Townhill’s Main Street. The building can be repurposed without the necessity of obtaining a change of use consent as a creche, day nursery, museum, art gallery, or public library.
There is also the potential to turn it into a theatre, cinema, or an entertainment venue.

Kingseat Church and Hall consists of an entrance vestibule, main church hall, meeting room/office with cupboard storage, kitchen and WCs and can also be repurposed.
Kingseat Church and Hall (Image: Google) As previously reported in the Press, in an effort to best allocate its resources, the Church of Scotland combined Townhill and Kingseat Church with St Andrew’s Erskine Church to form St Columba’s Church of Scotland.
The congregation is solely using the newer St Andrew’s Erskine building on Robertson Road in Dunfermline.
