Two arrested after report of burglary in Church Crookham

Officers from Hampshire Constabulary were called to a house in Corringway at 11.36pm to a report that entry had been gained into the home.

Two people were arrested after police attended the address.

A 21-year-old man from Church Crookham and a 41-year-old woman from Church Crookham have been arrested on suspicion of burglary dwelling – with intent to steal.

They remain in custody while police carry out further enquiries.

The force is now appealing for witnesses following the incident. A spokesperson said: “Officers would like to appeal for witnesses. Were you in the area at the time?

“Did you witness the incident? Do you have any CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage which can help our investigation?
