TruGym Kidderminster has announced that it will be officially closing its doors on January 1, 2025, and has thanked customers for their “support and loyalty over the years.”
The gym has said the closure is a “last resort for everyone involved” and has shared key information for members.
A spokesperson for TruGym said: “Needless to say, TruGym is extremely sorry to announce this news, and we must stress that this has been a last resort for everyone involved.
“We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Sally and the entire Kidderminster team for their incredible dedication and hard work. They have been instrumental in serving our members and maintaining a welcoming community within the club.
“We deeply regret the closure of this location but appreciate your understanding. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email at kidderminster@trugym.co.uk.

The gym has confirmed that all payments have been stopped, and no further charges will be made.
Customers have been advised to cancel their Direct Debit with their banks to avoid any issues.
Those who have prepaid for their membership can email kidderminster@trugym.co.uk with your membership details.
Those with any belongings stored in the club, are asked to ensure they are removed by 4:00pm on December 31.
