The Hestia Clinic, based in Langton Place, Bury St Edmunds, expresses excitement at move to former Mings Oriental, in Abbeygate Street

A cosmetics clinic has expressed its excitement as it ramps up the process of moving to a bigger town centre site next month.

The Hestia Clinic, based in Langton Place, is aiming to open at the former Mings Oriental, in Abbeygate Street, Bury St Edmunds, in early February.

The business has been searching for a bigger premises for some time as demand for its services grows, and the new site will allow it to expand its offerings, including an entire floor dedicated to a wellness lounge.

The Hestia Clinic was founded in Norwich in 2020 before moving to its current site in 2022. The business will retain its Langton Place premises for training and administration purposes.

Lauren Titcomb, director of The Hestia Clinic, said: “This move to Abbeygate Street is the realisation of a dream that started when we opened our first clinic in 2020.

“We’ve always believed in combining cutting-edge aesthetic medicine with a holistic approach to create a truly unparalleled experience for our clients. What matters most to us is the trust our clients place in us every day.

“At Hestia, our mission is simple: to help people feel confident, cared for, and empowered.”

Lauren added her belief the new space and concept will resonate with the vibrant community.

The move will facilitate the growth of the clinic’s team, including a new doctor and practitioner.

The wellness lounge, in partnership with independent businesses, will offer fresh artisan juices, collagen coffee and more.

Helen Hird, practice manager, said: “We’ve just been growing so much and so we just need that extra space to offer new treatments and add in new machines and more rooms.

“We were looking at a few properties and its just the perfect building for us, with lots of character.

“We want to be able to give out customers exceptional service, and with this new space and how we can utilise it we can do that for them.”

In 2023, Hestia was named one of the top 10 aesthetic clinics in the UK, while it rose to second place in the rankings last year.

It has been shortlisted for the 2025 for Aesthetic Clinic & Skin Clinic awards, which take place on February 23.

The clinic team is led by medical director Kostas, a dual-qualified maxillofacial surgeon (face surgeon) a doctor & dentist, who also continues to practice in the NHS.
