The Dining Room at Seaham Hall, an award-winning establishment, has also launched a new seasonal menu.
Perched high above the North Sea, the restaurant is known for its access to local ingredients and seafood. The dining room in the evening (Image: Seaham Hall)
The dining area combines ‘old-world elegance with modern sophistication’.
The menu, created by executive chef Damian Broom, is aimed at showcasing the best of the North East.
It features dishes with locally sourced ingredients from selected suppliers, including nearby honey farms and sustainable seafood providers.
With a focus on communal dining, the menu offers a variety of shared plates. The dining room (Image: Seaham Hall)
