Tracey Grigoleit, of Tadley Runners, achieved the milestone on Saturday, December 21, at Basingstoke parkrun.
She was surrounded by friends, supporters and well-wishers, rewarding them with cake.
Tracey, who lives in Baughurst, and her husband Peter, have been long-time members of Tadley Runners and other running clubs.
Both are well-known on the running circuit, and their popularity ensured plenty of runners from Tadley, Basingstoke and beyond joined her for this special event.

Tracey and her husband Peter have been long-time members of Tadley Runners (Image: Basingstoke Parkrun) Tracey only started her running journey in October 2009, taking part in her first parkrun in Basingstoke.
Since then, she has completed 500 parkruns in 12 countries at 104 locations.
She has also volunteered 51 times, something she feels all runners should do once in a while.
The club believes Tracey is the first active member to complete 500 parkruns.
Tracey said: “Parkrun started my running ‘career’ and it is something I love doing – especially as it is free.
“I chose Basingstoke for my 500th as it was not only my first parkrun, but most of my milestones have been here.
“The running community really is lovely and I have met some amazing people both inside running clubs such as Tadley Runners, but also just through seeing people at events.
“I can’t recommend running enough to people as a way to keep fit, but also to socialise.”

It’s not the only milestone for Tracey this year though, in June she ran her 200th marathon at the Hampshire Hoppit, one of her favourite marathons.
Tracey is also well known at the London Marathon where she has been a pacer for a number of years.
Tadley Runners chair, Paul Courtney, said: “We are so proud of Tracey and her achievements.
“She is a fantastic person and great to have around.
“She’s an active member of our club committee, and is relentless in her pursuit of her goals – something that is inspiring to other members of the club and the wider running community.”
