At around 7.55pm on January 9, patrolling officers noticed suspicious behaviour in connection with a black Hyundai on Andover Road.
A quantity of suspected Class A drugs, cash, and two mobile phones were seized.
As a result, a 37-year-old man from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A, and possession of criminal property.
