The prestigious list, which includes cities around the globe, including London, Bangkok and New York, uses a range of metrics to find the very best places to take a trip to.
Speaking with over 18,000 people, the publication looked at “everything from food, nightlife and culture to affordability, happiness and the overall city vibe”.

Glasgow and Edinburgh were the Scottish cities named among the best places to visit in the world by Time Out.
Discussing Edinburgh, the publication said the entry has everything you could want from a city break, including castles and cobbled streets as well as “breath-taking” Gothic architecture.
The nation’s capital was also described as a “compact and walkable city” with plenty to see and do within a short radius.
The fine dining opportunities available in Edinburgh were also highlighted with the likes of Lyla, The Little Chartroom and Timberyard being dubbed must-visit spots.

Glasgow, which is set to celebrate its 850th anniversary this year, was included on the list thanks to its Unesco City of Music status and range of grassroots venues like Nice N Sleazy, Basement Jazz Cafe and Mono.
The bar scene is also said to be “hopping” with the new literary-themed pub The Last Bookstore and the interactive cocktail bar at the “world-renowned” speakeasy The Absent Ear being highlighted.
With birthday festivities set to take place later this year, visitors have been told that 2025 will be one of the best times to visit the city.
