With many planning their holidays for the year ahead, experts at Go Outdoors have compiled findings from 105 of the UK’s leading caravan parks to reveal the UK’s top 10.
The study looked at a range of factors, including pricing, visitor ratings and amenities such as swimming pools, entertainment options and on-site shops.

Auchenlarie Holiday Park in Dumfries and Galloway was named as the best in the UK with an average user rating of 4.57 out of five and an overall score from Go Outdoors of 9.89/10.
It was the only park in Scotland to feature on the list with the full top 10 listed below.

On Auchenlarie, experts at Go Outdoors said: “Auchenlarie Holiday Park is the best location for a caravan holiday and the best site to visit as a family.
“The site is rated 4.57 starts out of five by users who have visited, rated highly for its picturesque setting.
“A family of four can stay in a single-axle caravan for a weekend in July for around £75 and enjoy access to a games room, swimming pool, kids’ playground and on-site entertainment – an ideal setting for families to enjoy and for kids to make friends.
“The site is also less than a five-minute walk to the nearest beach, providing the perfects setting for a family activity.”
