Smyths Toys, Churchill Way West, will close its doors for good on Sunday, January 5, according to a poster outside the store.
Due to its expiring lease, Smyths, alongside its neighbour Homesense, will both vacate the premises but Homesense has not yet confirmed when its final day will be.
A planning application has been submitted to Wiltshire Council to convert the units into a Lidl supermarket – these can be viewed here.
