Restaurant chain Maki & Ramen to open third Glasgow branch

Building on the success of the chain’s eight existing sites across the UK, including two popular branches already serving Glasgow’s vibrant food scene, the latest opening represents “the next exciting chapter” for Maki & Ramen.

Known for its authentic Japanese flavours and dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences, the brand has steadily grown since its beginnings in Edinburgh in 2015, making its way to England last year.

Founder Teddy Lee said: “This is a proud moment for the Maki & Ramen family as we open our first franchise branch.

“We are excited to bring our passion for Japanese cuisine to even more people in Glasgow, a city that has embraced us warmly.”

The new branch will offer the signature dishes Maki & Ramen is famous for, including handcrafted sushi, flavourful ramen bowls, and other Japanese delights.
