The initiative, now in its 27th year, had 1,737 memory dedications displayed on Christmas trees in Bromsgrove and Redditch.
Dedications were made throughout November and December.
Kelly Wetherall, a fundraiser at the Bromsgrove-based hospice, said: “We understand the festive season can be difficult for anyone remembering someone special to them, no matter how long ago they died or how far away they may have lived.
“We send a heartfelt thank you to anybody who let us share the experience of paying tribute to their loved ones.”
“We hope they found some comfort in knowing that in doing so, they will be helping the Primrose Hospice to continue to care for local people.”
However, the hospice has also expressed regret for not being able to deliver its usual celebration events due to unpredictable weather.
It said it hopes people took the opportunity to reflect in their own way, whether at home or at Primrose.
The hospice also extended its gratitude to the appeal sponsor, Thomas Brothers Funeral Directors, their dedication board sponsors, performers, volunteers, and all donors.
As an independent charity, the hospice requires £1.95 million each year to provide free services to the community, and hosts numerous fundraising events throughout the year.
