ANTISOCIAL behaviour including youths climbing on rooftops has prompted police to impose a further disposal order in a New Forest town.
As reported in the A&T, a two-day dispersal order was activated in Totton town centre after police arrested two youths on suspicion of weapons offences.
Fears of violence prompted the extra stop-and-search powers on Sunday between 4pm and midnight, before the 24-hour dispersal order was imposed on Monday.

Hampshire police confirmed a further dispersal order – which runs until 4.45pm on Saturday – is now in force due to reports of antisocial behaviour and youths climbing on rooftops.
The area covered by the order includes Totton town centre, the shopping precinct and the surrounding areas.
The order gives officers the power to order a person to leave the areas concerned with no return within the specified time period.
It also gives officers the power to seize anything used in the commission of ASB.
Those who refuse to comply with the order are committing a criminal offence and are liable for arrest.
Individuals who are aged under 16 will be taken be to their home address, and follow-up work will be done with parents.
Anyone with any information about criminality in their local area should call 101, or report online via hampshire.police.uk
