Plans to build homes near Yew Tree Farm Garden Centre

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (BDBC) has received an application for permission in principle for a minimum of two dwellings and a maximum of four dwellings on land which is used to grow Christmas trees on land at Yew Tree Farm Garden Centre, Hatt Common, East Woodhay.

A planning statement, prepared by Pro Vision on behalf of K&B Fletcher Ltd, states that the site is located on the north side of Ball Hill Road, to the east of the Yew Tree Garden Centre and has an area of 0.49 hectares.

The site is used for the growing of Christmas trees and is part of the curtilage of the commercial buildings to the north of the site used for the storage and distribution of Christmas trees.
