The site is currently accessed through a field entrance next to Flint Hall, but a new entry would be created in a mid-way position in Mill Lane for enhance visibility.
It has a public footpath running alongside it.
Fencing around the site would be 1.5 metres high, using high posts and rail fencing with wire stock.
This will allow small animals to continue to pass through while ensuring dogs are kept secure.
The plans detail the planting of a new hedge at the top of the site.
The new vehicle access would allow users to park and move their vehicles in it safely.
