North London residents invited to have say on local GP surgery websites

Healthwatch Enfield is conducting a survey around how people access information about GP appointments and services

Residents in Enfield and Haringey are being invited to submit their views on accessing health services online.

Healthwatch Enfield is conducting a survey asking people questions around how they access information about GP appointments and other GP services online.

People’s answers to the survey will be used to help improve how patients use GP websites, focusing on patient-led messaging. The survey is open to all residents of Enfield, Haringey, Islington and Camden.

Stefanie Schidlowski from Healthwatch Enfield said: “Your answers will guide local GPs on how to improve their websites. By knowing what you think, we can make healthcare better for you and other patients.

“Whether you frequently use your GP’s website or have only visited once, your feedback is important.”
