Natasha, who died in August last year aged 53, was an avid fundraiser for the Hospice, hosting many charity competitions in her local bowling club, since 1998.
She started to fundraise in memory of her mum, Zoe, and each event became more successful than the last.
She was well known in Largs at Summerlea Nursery where she was a practitioner for many years until her ill health.

Natasha wasn’t the only fundraiser in the family: her brother Calum took to the sea and rowed the Atlantic Ocean in 2013 in an incredible feat of human endurance.
In August 2024, Natasha passed away at home after being cared for by specialist palliative care nurses belonging to Ayrshire Hospice.
Her relatives chose to support the Hospice at her funeral and the kind gestures from friends and family raised £6,668.75 in her memory.
A spokesperson for Ayrshire Hospice said: “The McNicol family have raised an incredible £35,496.25 from all of their fundraising efforts and we extend a huge thank you to them and everyone who has supported them over the years.
“Fundraising for 20 years for the hospice, she really was an amazing dedicated fundraising superstar.”
And a family statement on the Ayrshire Hospice fundraising page said: “Natasha was loved by so many. Her generosity and love for her family, friends, and the children she cared for knew no bounds.
“She touched the hearts of everyone in our community. Natasha regularly raised funds for the Ayrshire Hospice who alongside amazing NHS staff cared for her so well.”

A former West Kilbride Primary and Ardrossan Academy pupil, Natasha loved farm life at Thirdpart Holdings in West Kilbride and the community spirit in the village.
As well as having many friends, Natasha was also a popular aunt to her many nephews and nieces. Natasha was also a season ticket holder at Glasgow Rangers going back 30 years.
She is survived by brothers Calum and Iain and younger sister Rebecca, and father Iain James McNicol.

Brother Calum said: “Natasha loved West Kilbride and fundraising and was very generous with her time and worked in Ayrshire Cancer Care Shop after she was diagnosed with cancer as she could not go back to work at the nursery.
“The intention is for the charity day with the bowling to continue in memory of Natasha and mum Zoe, at some time during the season.
“The family cannot thank Ayrshire Hospice enough for the phenomenal help and support they provided Natasha in her last few weeks, and would like to make special mention of Mandy who was phenomenal and couldn’t have been any better.”
