This year, 74 talented amateur and professional artists are participating, each presenting two original pieces of artwork.
Rhona MacDonald, manager of Nairn Community & Arts Centre, expressed her excitement: “It’s incredible to see the sheer variety and quality of work on display this year.
“The fifth Annual Art and Photo Exhibition truly reflects the vibrant artistic community we are proud to support.
“From vibrant landscapes to thought-provoking conceptual pieces, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.”
She said that the exhibition, which aims to showcase “the extraordinary creativity” of local talent, will be open to the public until March 24, giving everyone a chance to “immerse themselves in this celebration of creativity”.
There will be a private view on Friday, January 17 from 6.30pm, offering attendees an opportunity to admire the artworks and meet the artists behind them.
“Entry is free, and all are welcome!”
