Miller Homes North East is building 288 sustainable properties at Fellside Gardens in Consett, County Durham.
The development will have three to five-bedroom homes overlooking the Lanchester Valley.
On Saturday, January 25, the housebuilder is hosting an information day for prospective buyers to learn about the schemes and buying initiatives available for those with homes to sell.
The development has three distinct character areas, offering a mix of street scenes in a semi-rural setting.
The four-bedroom Beauwood and Markham are among the ‘most sought-after’ house styles.

Miller Homes has part exchange and assisted move schemes for current homeowners who want to move but are hesitant about the stress of selling their existing home.
The housebuilder manages the valuation and marketing of a customer’s property and, if needed, will purchase their home through the part exchange scheme.
This may save customers the hassle of finding a buyer and covers the cost of estate agents and advertising fees.
At the event, which runs from 10.30am to 5pm, Miller Homes staff will be available to answer questions and guide potential buyers through the house styles, specifications, and guide prices.
An independent financial advisor will also be present to assist with any queries or concerns regarding affordability and the home-buying process.
Attendees will have the opportunity to view the development’s five-bedroom Wilkin show home and enjoy a complimentary drink and treat on arrival.

Lauren Angus, sales director, said: “Part exchange and assisted move are hugely helpful to those who are looking to move but have a property to sell.
“Not only can they speed up the process and remove some of the stresses and strains associated with house buying, but part exchange can, of course, greatly reduce the costs of moving as there are no estate agent’s fees to pay.
“We are increasingly finding that older buyers, in particular, are drawn to new builds, not least because of their lower running costs and their incorporated sustainability features, so this event is the perfect opportunity for them to find out more and explore the homes available.”
