Cars have been targeted in a spate of vandalism leaving residents forking out for repairs just days before Christmas.
Vehicles in Mildenhall in the Downing Close area were damaged between midnight on Saturday, December 21 and 9am Sunday, December 22.
Resident Lucy Chamberlain was one of those to be impacted by the vandalism spree as police officers told her that her vehicle was the 24th smashed windscreen reported in the town.

She said: “One of my neighbours posted on Facebook that cars had been smashed up and I think at least 25 vehicles had been hit with a hammer.
“It was just awful — to think someone came onto our drive and did this.”
“We’ll be out of pocket like many others, which is especially tough around this time of year.”
Lucy said her windscreen repair could take up to a week, forcing her to find alternative transportation for work — potentially having to rent out a hire vehicle.
She added that vehicles in Emmanuel Close, Pembroke Close, Trinity Avenue and Junction Road were also reportedly damaged, with her neighbour having both of his cars vandalised.
A police spokesperson said a boy has been arrested on suspicion of committing criminal damage and has been bailed until Wednesday, January 22.
Suffolk Police is investigating the incidents and if you have any further information, you can contact the police using the crime reference 37/72184/24.
