I had inadvertently left my phone on a bus and realised one hour later that this may be so.
A Saturday evening visit to the the bus station office, which I was very pleased to see was open, resulted in them tracking the potential whereabouts of my phone on the bus which since I left it had taken three different routes around Winchester.
With the bus located, the driver was contacted and immediately replied with a positive response that the said phone was in his cab.
I can only commend first the unknown passenger who handed the phone to the driver, and then a strong commendation to Stagecoach for having a system in place which enables the successful and extremely quick relocation of lost items.
This is certainly a big win for Stagecoach!
