Converted into a 300,000sq ft business centre, the building is home long-standing tenants including Dell, Teleperformance and Sky.
This deal follows MCR’s acquisition of The Pentagon Centre in Glasgow and marks a further step forward in the company’s plan to invest in prime, flexible office space which ‘cater to the evolving needs of modern businesses, the company said.
