Harlan Coben’s Missing You is currently ranked number one on the streaming service’s Top 10 Programmes in the UK today after its worldwide release on New Year’s Day.
The series, based on the 2014 book, follows Kat Donovan (Rosalind Eleazar), a police detective, who stumbles across her ex-fiancé Josh Buchanen (Ashley Walters), on a dating app more than a decade after he vanished without a trace.
His reappearance forces her to search for answers after the murder of her police chief dad who was killed 11 years before.
The original novel on which the series is based is set in New York City but the new drama is set in the UK across the north west in Manchester, Bolton and Stockport.
However, in the opening scene of the final episode, Detective Inspector Donovan is seen on the shores of Derwentwater at Keswick.
