I’m referring to people who drive cars with either one light that has blown and is dull (a one eyed car) or the other annoyance you think it’s a bike when actually it’s a big car with only one light working.
Is there no laws against this? Surely it comes under your MOT? Is that not a fail?

With the dark nights and mornings now I’m finding my commute into work facing more and more drivers on the road with defective lights.
It’s about time the laws changed or the police had powers to enforce fines on drivers with these defects on the cars there is no excuse when you can buy said bulbs and replace them or go to Halfords and have them changed there and then for you!
One disgruntled road user!
