Thames Valley Police says the incident happened at around 7.40pm yesterday (January 23) on the High Street in Banbury, which is home to a multitude of shops and takeaways including Tesco Express and Wetherspoons.
The force is urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward.

A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: “Thames Valley Police received a report of an assault without injury at around 7.40pm yesterday in High Street, Banbury.
“The offender verbally assaulted the victim.
“Officers are investigating the incident.
“Anyone with information about this incident should contact the force by calling 101 or making a report online quoting investigation reference number 43250037656.”
