Infinity Trampoline Park in Inverness will reopen its doors just three days after Highland Council ordered it to close pending an entertainment license.
There were concerns the establishment had been operating without a license for some year as building inspectors had to verify it had an accessible toilet.

Frantic work over the festive period saw that one was built in time to get an entertainment license granted by officials on completion of the work.
Proprietor Taran Campbell, who also owns the city’s Play Back bar, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be back open before the weekend to welcome families back.
“It was just a couple of minor bits and pieces that needed to be finished – it would have been nice if we didn’t have to close but it is what it is.
“Building control [officials] were really helpful, they got us over the line and they were really efficient – so my thanks to them.”
He added: “There is a little bit of painting over the next couple of days but we are 100 per cent open and good to go”.
On Tuesday the council’s licensing committee told Mr Campbell that the facility would have to close or it would investigate operating without a license.
That could have resulted in a £20,000 fine and Mr Campbell chose to shut down after the chairman of the committee urged building standards to move fast.
He asked them to go out as soon as possible to inspect the work and they promised to review it within 48 hours to provide the documentation for the license – which they did.
It means the popular trampoline park can now reopen for the busy weekend.
