“By offering options for Veganuary and Dry January alongside more traditional choices, we hope to cater to a wide audience while staying true to our ethos of sustainability and thoughtful dining.”
The group has curated a special menu for January, featuring new vegan dishes and meat alternatives.
This ensures that both Veganuary fans and meat lovers are catered for.
The January menu, Dine with Cocktails and Wine, also includes a drink, with options ranging from cocktails and beers to mocktails and alcohol-free alternatives.

These choices have been included with consideration for those observing Dry January.
Ideal Collection managing director Oliver Weeks said the January set menu was designed to deliver great value – £26.95 for two courses and £29.95 for three, including a first drink – as well as plenty of choice for those taking part in Dry January and Veganuary, and those who are not.
He said: “January is a time when many people retreat indoors and yet mixing with friends, socialising and having a good time is always the best way to banish the winter blues.
“We hope this new initiative for January helps to tempt people back out to live a little and have fun.”
