North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership (NAHSCP) is seeking feedback from residents on their experiences of using health and social care services in the local area.
That includes any challenges faced in accessing services, whether those services met your needs, where improvements can be made, and how easy it was for you to find the right information about services.
A short survey has been developed that can be accessed online, which should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
You can fill out the form at https://tinyurl.com/LocalityPlanning, or if you’d prefer a paper survey to complete then you can ask for a copy at your local library.
If you are unable to obtain a form from your library, please get in touch by emailing hscp-engagementteam@north-ayrshire.gov.uk and a copy can be sent in the post.
Your feedback will help NAHSCP to shape its Locality Planning process and form its next Strategic Plan, allowing the organisation to align local health and social care services with the specific needs of each locality, ensuring that the community’s voice is central to its decision-making.
The survey will remain open until August 2025 while additional engagement work is ongoing.
In April of 2024, NAHSCP held a series of Locality Conversation events around North Ayrshire for members of the public, with the sessions focusing on three key areas of health and social care: Places and Spaces, Healthy Living and Services.
The organisation’s next period of engagement took place throughout September 2024, focusing on groups with shared characteristics.
Members of 23 local community organisations took part and shared their views, allowing NAHSCP to identify any health and social care issues that may be particular to certain groups.
