The design statement explains that a vehicular access gate is proposed at the existing entrance to the site which limits only those with access to a swipe card.

They will be 2.9m tall at their maximum height and provide 13 sq.m. of internal storage space per unit.
Units are also said to not be visible from Southampton Road as they will be hidden behind neighbouring buildings, on the west of the site where there are currently 113 parking spaces.
Plans for the existing building are subject to planning permission of separate applications. To view the ‘drive up’ plans, click here.
