Daresbury: Redrow to hold ‘New Year New Home’ event

The ‘New Year New Home’ event by Redrow will take place on January 11 and January 12 at their Daresbury Garden Village development.

The event, which is being held for people who are interested in purchasing a new home, will have experts on hand to discuss available properties.

They will also be able to answer questions about the development and the home-buying process.

The homebuilders will also discuss opportunities for stamp duty or deposit contributions on selected homes, and explain how Redrow’s Help to Sell scheme and part-exchange schemes could benefit those with a property to sell.

Anna Evans-Kerr, sales director at Redrow NW, said: “This is a chance not to be missed for someone looking for a new home this new year.”

The event will be open from 10am until 5.30pm on both days.

It is part of a wider initiative by Redrow to showcase their range of energy-efficient properties across the North West.

They are keen to highlight the benefits of their developments, which they say are now well-established and popular among homebuyers searching for an energy-efficient, low-maintenance home.

Ms Evans-Kerr added: “Many of our developments are now well established and proving to be popular choices among homebuyers searching for an energy efficient, low maintenance home and a better way to live.

“We’re inviting people to come and have a look around and find out more about our beautiful properties.”
