Call the Midwife fans think Megan Cusack has ‘quit’ BBC show

It comes as many viewers noticed that actress Megan Cusack, who stars as Nurse Nancy Corrigan, was missing from the newest episode.

In the first episode of series 14, it was revealed that Nancy is engaged to Roger and plans to accept a new job away from Poplar.

Now, fans of Call the Midwife have taken to social media to share their concerns that Megan may become the latest star to leave the BBC drama.

Call the Midwife fans think Megan Cusack is leaving the BBC show

Writing on social media, one viewer of Call the Midwife said: “Has Nancy left already?#CalltheMidwife.”

As another said: “Where was Nancy this week? #CallTheMidwife.”

One more fan shared: “Did Nancy go, and was there no grand finale because where is she? If she’s gone just like that, I will be steamed she’s a fan favourite and deserves better.”

Although there are concerns among viewers at home, actress Megan, previously shared that she has no plans to leave Call the Midwife any time soon.

Sharing: “No, just because she’s fallen in love, she’s not leaving us just yet.
