The restaurant chain has launched a collaboration with hospitality consultant Mark Maynard to help enhance company culture and drive sustainable growth.
The partnership with Maynard Consulting, which specialises in hospitality, leadership, operations, and organisational culture, began in 2023.
Mark’s wealth of expertise has brought fresh insights and strategies to Buzzworks as it continues its journey of expansion and innovation.
During a recent visit to the group’s central office in Kilmarnock, Mark shared his extensive knowledge on culture and business growth, drawing from his experience.
