The Skills Bootcamps, starting in January 2025, aim to help people progress in their careers.
The courses, which lead to a Level 3 qualification, are in digital marketing, early years, and project management (construction).
Participants will also be guaranteed an interview with an employer.
Tony Ball, Essex County Council’s councillor responsible for education excellence, lifelong learning, and employability, said: “ACL Essex’s Skills Bootcamps are the perfect opportunity to develop sector-specific skills.
“In just 12 weeks you can gain a qualification and learn from experienced tutors.
“This is a great chance to enhance your career prospects.
“I would advise anyone looking to move up the career ladder to contact their local ACL Essex centre to see what they can do for you.”
The digital marketing course will teach participants how to create and evaluate online campaigns, while the construction course will cover project management and team building.
The early years course will provide a foundation in safeguarding and child development.
To be eligible, learners must be 19 or over, have the right to work in the UK, live in Essex, and meet residency requirements.
