Guy Shrubsole, known for his bestselling book Who Owns England? and the Wainwright Prize-winning The Lost Rainforests of Britain, will delve into the themes of his latest work, The Lie of the Land. The book exposes the impact of large-scale landownership on some of the country’s most iconic landscapes and highlights the grassroots efforts of small-scale farmers, community groups, and citizens striving to restore and protect these spaces.
Shrubsole’s passionate storytelling and deep understanding of Britain’s land and its stewards will leave audiences informed, inspired, and questioning the status quo.
