Andy Murray calls out Elon Musk for Twitter meddling

WE all know that Andy Murray is busy coaching his old rival Novak Djokovic in Australia but the Scot has still found time to give his verdict on the man everyone’s talking about.

That’s right. The three-time Grand Slam winner has poked fun at Elon Musk over his seemingly endless posting on Twitter/X.

Like many of us, the former world number one seemed to notice that the owner of the social media platform kept cropping up on his profile.

Murray said: “The top 17 posts on my Twitter feed are from Elon Musk. Interesting algorithm he’s created.”

The richest man in the world has spent much of the past few months weighing in on UK politics, even asking for the King to dissolve Parliament.

A number of people in Murray’s comments said they had made the decision to block Musk from appearing on their timeline.

“I blocked the account and – at least for now – I’m not seeing his posts,” said one user.

A second meanwhile said they had “unfollowed him due to the same reason” while many others simply wished Murray luck as he looks to help coach Djokovic to a 25th Grand Slam win.
