The online retail giant was recognised by the Top Employers Institute as a top employer in 2025 for the second consecutive year.
The institute certifies businesses that prioritise their employees, based on their human resources policies.
Amazon UK was acknowledged for its efforts for the second year in a row, and for the third consecutive year in Europe.
The institute’s programme evaluates organisations based on their participation and scores in the HR Best Practices Survey.
This survey encompasses six HR domains, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing.

In 2025, the Top Employers Institute certified more than 2,429 organisations across 125 countries and regions.
