Traffic posted on X at 7.20am this morning that junction 2 on the M90 southbound was restricted due to a three-vehicle crash.
It stated: “Road RESTRICTED due to a live lane, three vehicle collision near the #A823 slip.
“Road users are advised to approach with caution and expect longer journey times.
“Updates as we get them.”

Their next update on X came at 8am and announced that emergency services were on the scene and that drivers would have delays of up to 15 minutes.
At 9.09am all lanes were said to be running clear and that: “Congestion in the area is clearing quick.”
