West Mercia Police said they were called to a two-vehicle collision on the A448 Bromsgrove Road in Chaddesley Corbett at around 4.20pm yesterday (Thursday, January 9).
The road was blocked whilst emergency services dealt with incident and witnesses reported seeing officers directing traffic.
West Midlands Ambulance Service said one of its crews also attended the scene when passing by at around 4.52pm.
A man from one of the cars was assessed and treated at the scene.
The driver of the second car, a woman, did not wish to be assessed.
No injuries were reported and officers have confirmed that no arrests have been made.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “One of our ambulances came across a two-car RTC on the A448 at 4.52pm yesterday (Thursday, January 9).
“We assessed a man, from one of the cars, who following treatment was discharged at the scene. The driver of the second car, a woman, did not wish to be assessed.”
